DAV Spoilers for Act 1. (First Impressions)

Just finished the opening act and made it into the dream realm—here are my first impressions.

The combat is fantastic. As someone who’s into 90% of MMOs and RPGs in general, this feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s smooth, incredibly responsive, and I love how seamlessly you can cast a spell and dodge right after... chef's kiss.

I went in with low expectations, even as a huge Dragon Age fan. The early screenshots and gameplay previews had me worried, but I’m happy to say almost all my concerns have been put to rest. My only real gripe is with the Qunari—they look a bit too… polished, like someone went overboard with the "smooth" tool in a 3D program. But aside from that, the game is stellar, and it could even be a GOTY contender.

Well done, Bioware and EA. You should be proud of what you’ve created.
