Green 'Glow' Error

Anyone getting a strange screen error when playing the game. I only just started and when my character runs around the first screens sometimes a green very bright glow appears and occupies the whole screen? The game is still running and the computer is fine...after running around in this it then disappears for a while. Very odd?

I got an i9-9900K NVIDA Geforce RTX 2080ti on medium specs...latest drivers updated.

Are you still experiencing this? I just encountered this as well and have been messing with the settings to fix it
