Haters will say a big budget AAA game from a well known franchise being at only 70k concurrent isn't good and that it needs at least like 300k concurrent players or more. Fair enough but what they fail to realize is that 99% of the folks celebrating Halloween outside right now. Younger kids are out getting candy and adult gamers are going to Halloween parities.

Tomorrow I'm 100% sure it's going to be at least 400k concurrent players after Halloween is over. In fact if you see the sudden jump from other games that peak a 1 day after launch than it's very possible this game could even hit 700k concurrent players. I can see the massive increase starting later tonight at 200k before peaking at 400k AT LEAST by tomorrow.

I preordered, have been playing for just under 4 hours at the moment. It's been fun so far, but it is very forgettable. You're greatly overestimating the impact of Halloween. I'll be shocked if it ever hits 400k concurrent, it's just not that good.

Yes, and this game hasn't even managed to come close to 100k, and it's in a better state than Starfield ever was.
