Shader Cache work around

So i was watching asmon play, and he couldnt even launch the game, even after driver updates and everything...then someone suggest he should delete the "Shader Cache" folder in the local directory, and it worked and he was able to play the game...

you forgot to add: with shader stutter..

I did both and the game started, but then crashed again after a little while.

I tried but nothing changed. Still can't play the game..

By this point I've reinstalled the game twice, updated everything I could (drivers, bios, *everything*), keep deleting shaders, tried all the advice by running it as admin, checking anti-virus, running it Win8 compatibile, etc. Sometimes it opens for like five minutes and then crashes, mostly it's black screen and then just closes itself.
The lack of support on this is extremely annoying.
