For gameplay try the solution the other guy found.
After the shaders are calculated, the next game start only checks those shaders and starts up a lot faster.
Be prepared to have a new shader calculation if you upgrade your video drivers to a newer version. It takes a few seconds to a few minutes depending on your CPU. Weaker hardware will take a bit longer.

Update your bios so you can see if you can force a semblance of stability. Your CPU had its warranty extended because it has generational well known degradation issues. I would see about getting a new one and then making sure its running on a system with the latest bios. Usually if a 13th or 14 gen Intel is crashing on shader compilations, the damage has already been done.
