Gpu is high also
It could be that this game could be poorly optimized and will need some updates to hopefully solve the high thermals it is facing. And yes games can affect thermals because if you are consistent temps with pretty much all your games and then get a new game that goes waaaayyy above average it is most likely the game if it was on your end it would effect all of your games not just one. Hope they fix the CPU thermal issue.
Game still looks killer, though
X3Ds automatically are set to overclock via the BIOS, so you will hit crazy temps if you don't have adequate cooling, 7800X3Ds are notorious for this, 4.2GHz base clock speeds is fine, but when it hits 5GHz+ temps rise to 80-90C.
Get Ryzen Master or another app, and purposely keep the CPUs to base clock speeds if you have trouble with temps. Base clock speeds will probably see a temp of around 60C with DA:V if you have decent cooling, even air cooling.|
EDIT: Or if you are confident set it to not overclock in the BIOS.
Not in the 90s? Nothing to be concerned about. It's throttling when it needs to cool down.
