Joining the Same Here community. No luck and hella frustrating
1) Go into the install directory and delete the contents of the shader_cache folder
2) Under NVidia Control Panel (if using NVidia card), under global, set the shader cache size to 10 or 100 GB (whatever you can handle). It's set to unlimited by default.
I did both things and got it running.
Sadly, neither works for me...
