Gooooood morning drag-fans, weekend is almost here and it's time for an update on the opinions of legendary game journalist Asmongold on Veilguard! It will soon be time for Asmongold's Thursday Thoughts and there could be some mention of Veilguard in them. There's a chance the Thursday Thoughts won't be good for Veilguard, so prepare yourself accordingly.

Coming direct from his Texas home, known to the world as Fortress Grimehaven, the Thursday Thoughts will soon be upon us. Asmongold is known for giving IP's a good and brutal pounding, causing them spiral into an unrecoverable state and go into mixed rating. All with only a wave of his lukewarm can of Dr Pepper.

When Asmongold will be issuing his latest fatwa on Veilguard is unknown, as follow up to his previous decree "I think it will be bad". Be ready at any moment to receive it.

I've exactly the same issue. I've tried already all kind of fixes the community released now. 3 times PC crash and around 6 times that the game just crashes. Most common error message is that the Game stops to interact with Windows. My PC has no issue with any other Games, but it seems to be typically for Bioware Games when they release a Game that it full of issues because of compatibility issues with different GPU's or even CPU's. I hope they bring soon a fix out for that. It looks also that this kind of situation is random. So I see not all have that issue. Maybe its an Nvidia Issue who knows?

The level of Asmongold pushing in this forum is starting to perplex me. And I say that as someone who actually watches a lot of his content, I just don't agree with many things he says and his takes on this game in particular are meaningless, as he's never played the previous ones. He also brings up BG3 non stop as an example of a great game, not that I disagree, but he never played it.

I also wouldn't go so far as to call people who engage in stream of consciousness ranting on Twitch, entertaining as it might be, "journalists". LOL.

BG3 isn't a good game, it is a hyped game. People glom on to popular things even if they aren't that great. You and asmon are just ignorant monkeys that jump on popular things because it gives you a sense of being popular and with the group and you can point to the thing and show others that you are with it and popular. It is sad watching the slow apes "thinking for themselves."
