IF you meant Dogma 2 then NO
This i'd wait to see actual humans play it and not paid shills before buying, Outta the two options i'd say neither go buy MH Wilds instead.
Dogma 2 Was trash, Story non-coherent, Combat gets stale cause enemies don't scale with you i can one skill kill dragons as a rogue.
This looks like a mobile game that thinks its a PC Game with Modern Ideology thrown in for good measure.
Neither are good imho.
I suppose one of the easiest differentiators is the fact that at least your companions can be interacted with more and have a greater impact when it comes to combat in Dragon's Dogma 2.
In my mind i compare DAV more to Kingdom of Amalur, so oldschool grindy action adventure game with some light rpg elements.
You can compare them in that you should only play the first game of each series however.
DD/DDDAs story was just as (in)coherent. I played them back to back. And I could kill almost anything with one skill in the first game too. Your perception is skewed through nostalgia.
The first game of both series are great though
