Hard to say without spoilers but i've seem a pretty important decision in act 1 already. For what i've heard from reviewers consequences are well done
if you pick a white straight male youll instantly die and have your savefile corrupted upon spawn.

That's the most accurate answer you'll get OP
consequences is more than different dialogues?

I just saw Taash's content they posted here. It's exactly what I fear. You can just nod, support and be nice. All the dialogue choices are the same ♥♥♥♥.

I can't tell you how much frustrated I feel. I lost a friend. Dragon Age is dead.

Heavy spoilers so people be warned but I'm replying to you cause we were talking about this in a different thread! (I forget which)

Apparently every single one of your companions can die in the final mission just like ME2 depending on your choices. Which I imagine means whether you did their loyalty mission or not. Though hopefully it also means how you resolved that mission? It'd be alot better than just a binary 'did you do the quest' checkmark.

From the reviews I've read (even the positive ones) there are practically 0 important decisions until you reach the game finale.

The only decisions that matter are at the end. There's no meaningful choices prior. It's just window dressing for most of the game.

From what we know so far: Choices have consequences, but no complexity. No moral dilemmas, or questionable choices. Everyone is nice, and nobody has concerning opinions that could offend.

Referencing a simple choice is not consequence.
