So I am at the end of this quest, where you help harding free all the dwarves and such, and it says talk to her to leave. I can't. wont let me talk to her? O_o Not in combat or anything.

That's definitely a bug. Probably just reload the most recent autosave or try quitting out of the game to see if it corrects itself.

restarting the game worked, and made a chest with loot pop up xD

Try to load? The game does a really good job of making a lot of auto saves right before and even during important moments.
