Part of Blighted Shallows in Hossberg Wetlands can't be accessed. Help!

Hi. I’m very late in the game now. I’m about to start the story mission “For the Love of Treviso” now, but I want to explore first. According to the game, I’ve discovered Hossberg Wetlands 100%. The southeast area of Hossberg Wetlands is called Blighted Shallows, and on “Level 2” there’s an area on the left that’s only partially visible for me, which means I haven’t explored it. I don’t know how to get there. Is it story related? Can anyone tell me how to get there? Thank you.

Can you link a screenshot? Sounds like it might be part of of a Grey Warden faction quest

a screenshot would help, but if it is blocked off it probably is story related. i remember going to the grey warden area couple times for the main story

It's a side quest. Make sure you've done all the side quests from the area, and after a specific act II main quest / talk with Solas, it's a scroll in the main hall of the Lighthouse.
