Game literately undersold and flopped guy.
The most generous estimates put the game selling 2 million copies and most estimates put it at 1 million. The game flopped.
Also fun fact, successful games are known to share that they have been successful, this game hasn't.
Geoff Knightley's awards aren't any kind of measure unless of course you like Sony shills and one long advertisement award ceremony, like it was last year. Regardless of this game, the TGAs are a joke and shouldn't be taken seriously until they actually honour the people who make the games and ditch Knightley.
EA does not generally share sales data other than in meetings with investors.
Jedi Survivor is considered a success by EA and we have no idea how much it sold.
While true that they don't give out numbers very often, it's still fairly easy to find that the game was doing well at the time (Star Wars Survivors):
"However, EA made a point to express that the game is performing very, very well this early. According to EA, Jedi Survivor is performing “very strongly” against the internal expectations they set for the game, and also compared to its predecessor, Fallen Order, with millions of players already on board." - Forbes [www.forbes.com]
This article was on May 10 with Survivor releasing on April 28. So maybe not a headline saying 'Survivor Sold 1 million copies', but still a strong indicator of how well it was selling up to that point. We have gotten nothing like that with DAtVG.
Also just a fyi, the transcripts for those investor meetings are public domain and are easily accessible. Unfortunately the most recent one was a week before DAtVG released so we'll have to wait til the next investor meeting.
Classy.
