Damn. You've got me dying over here. Well played.
If tehy said the combat team or the art design team moved to ME, it would be fine, but the writers... well, good luck.
yes it's in line with Andromeda, good gameplay but the writing and character design are catastrophic
At the end of a release, writers and producers, usually start working on the pre-production of the next game, unless there is a major layoff or other changes to staff...
Given the length of time ME5 has been in development, even if the DAV writers are working on ME5 its in support roles. Besides, even if they ♥♥♥♥-canned everyone who worked on DAV from the QA up to executives the usual suspects are gonna start calling it the same things they call everything after the next trailer.
Out of curiosity what would the DLC even be about? The entire purpose of this game was tying up plot points from the Tresspasser DLC that released almost ten years ago.
They won't be able to work on another DA game for at least another five years because of the extended development of this game. Why would they release DLC setting up something else?
More importantly, why are so many people conditioned to want DLC instead of getting everything up front for the price paid like we used to?

It's so weird that people are like "They sold me a complete game! What a failure."
They can take the work on this, make some improvements, and just make a whole new game instead of DLC. It's not a novel concept, but you'd think it is all the sudden.
They just downsized last year and spun off SWTOR to its own company.
LOL
No like actually I don't think these people are truly thinking about the things they're being told to say sometimes.
There's such good things about this release that we all should be applauding. I certainly have my criticisms of the game, but they released a stable game without Denuvo and the EA app at $60 USD on PC and the DLC is truly just cosmetic addons.
I despise DLC personally. I'm whatever about cosmetic things being DLC, but content DLCs were the first step toward the monetization hellscape we exist in today. No Denuvo, no content DLC, like these are things I want all games to start implementing.
