There are many things on your list that are addressed, yes.

Just a yes, no, or almost there will suffice, thank you.

Half of those things are not directly covered or are ignored entirely. Veilguard takes a lot of liberties so if you don't own the game, but are a big fan of the series then be prepared to go WTF on several fronts.

If you can tolerate or ignore those things then you might enjoy the gameplay, at least.

Goodness me! I've been eagerly anticipating this sequel for quite some time. I've made every effort to remain blissfully unaware of any information about the game. However, I can't help but notice the swirling controversy surrounding it. I happened upon an article suggesting that Dragon Age is no longer a Dark Fantasy, but let's be candid—this transformation has been unfolding since Inquisition. There's talk that this might mark the end of the series, though I fervently hope that isn't the case."
Now, my curiosity primarily lies in how they plan to shift away from a Dark Fantasy setting, given that it takes place in the Tevinter Imperium. This is a realm where mages indulge in "forced servitude" or "involuntary servitude", If you take my meaning (including humans, elves, and even dwarves), blood magic, assassinations, and employ the services of the Venatori, among other sinister activities. Not to mention, it appears that a Blight is brewing, without the involvement of the Grey Wardens, if I’ve read between the lines correctly. Since the events of 'Inquisition,' Tevinter has been undergoing some rather complicated changes. From what you're implying, it seems the company has somewhat disengaged from these intricate details. I raise these points to assess whether it still retains the complexity that defines Dragon Age. A high-stakes game, if you catch my drift. But thank you for the commentary.

If you’re looking for any actual Dragon Age lore or ideas or characterization, you won’t find it here. Anyway their habit of ignoring most of the worldbuilding pales in comparison to the abysmal writing. The characters talk like millennials at a coffee shop, using slang like ‘fam’ and frequently literally saying ‘woah!’ The resulting character and worldbuilding depth is exactly what you’d expect from the sum of dialogue like this: totally shallow. The writing is simply so terrible, it’s not even a proper fantasy game, much less a Dragon Age game. It’s like some kind of Guardians of the Galaxy spoof game made for children. … So, do they address any of those lore issues? Kinda, a few. They also ignore anything dark, sanitizing it for some kind of Disney kids audience. Most of the lore they’ve simply ignored as if it doesn’t exist.

They asked yes or no questions. No one asked you to go on a petty rant about why you don’t like the game. You guys just can’t turn it off. Its like a sad tick. Go outside.

As for an actual reply to the post. Many of those questions are addressed, but many remain a mystery as well.

No one asked you to educate people here either, yet here you are.

No one asked you to educate people here either, yet here you are.
And no one asked a third party to chime in either. Yet here you are. We could do this all day.

Also weird you think telling someone to stop throwing a tantrum at a simple yes or no question is educating someone. That’s where we’re at now huh?

A previous poster was pretty thourough on what is and is not covered in DA:V. I would modify that a bit.

The fate of Morrigan and Kieran? Morrigan's fate is covered. Kieran is not, but likely because his whole existence is optional in DA:I (and he does not exist in the default world state there).

I would say the state of the southern Chantry is 'partially covered' as it is mentioned in corrospondance with the Inquisitor. Particularly if the inquisitor handed over the Inquisition to the Chantry at the end of DA:I.

One lore element you didn't ask about but I think deserves special mention. DA:V also gives full details on the origin of the Taint/Blight itself.
