Hi i was just wondering if you can access this area before the main story mission in Dock town or you have to wait to process the story thanks

The Emporium opens with a Quest. Until you have it - its not open ;) like many other regions, chests etc. hidden behind Main or Companion Quest walls.

I have to admit, the BE was a little underwhelming for me compared to past ones.

basicly its just a place you can upgrade you items late in game . other then that is just a big let down compared to the other games BE
