Qunari size
So why is it my maxed out size Qunari is lile a full foot shorter and less jacked than the Antaam Qunari? I wasn't able to find anything lore related on why. Is it because bioware can't do scenes with big characters?

Probably because height scaling has already made designing scenes with characters that interact with you difficult already so they capped the qunari a little short

Antaam Qunari are hand picked for physical size and go through a lot of physical training to become military elite.

Qunari society as a whole has always placed people in specific roles based on physical traits. It aligns with the Qun philosophy of order and purpose.

Antaam are pretty consistently depicted as larger than average because of that and probably as an aesthetic choice to emphasize their physical dominance and intimidating presence.

This is a good point. Qunari have been described as bred for war... Qunari born and raised in normal ferelden families would lose some of that pedigree

Cant you say the same for the Dwarfs? I remember them being shorter, for some reason.

Speaking of, is Qunari and humans compatible? We have seen Human-Dwarf and Human-Elven, but dont think any Human-Qunari? Just wondering if that dont explain some of the "human" look we see from these new Qunari...

This, also the size difference would be problematic in a lot of other areas as well.
