Fight against Dragons

Hello Community
I have a question. is anybody here where has the same problem to fight the Dragons?
I talk about the 2 dragons in the Sigequests. After the fight on the ground they are flying to an elevated place and attack my Group with fire or Lightnings.
But i cant do any Damage on them and i really dont know what to do?

You mean the one in Arlathan for example?
That phase is worthless, they shoot you a few times and then land again. You dont have to deal any damage at all - just walk sidewards to evade any damage and wait for them to return themselves.

Stay at range and just avoid getting hit, they will stop doing it and land again.

For almost all the dragon fights they have a moment where they fly up, your goal during these moments is not to do damage but rather to dodge whatever attacks they have. Only deal with the dragons when they are on the ground.

largely the dragon fights are almost entirely mechanics (assuming your lvld and geared for them) fail the mechanics and you die. They dont really leave a lot of room for mistakes

Disable all mods (even reshade), cheats and trainer if you use it. If you not use any of it, try to restart the game.

Dragons are simple once you learn their attack pattern. When they're in the air just sprint as fast as you can and dodge only if you need to last second. Wait til the dragon lands again and be ready to dodge the last sec as it dives at you. Only bother attacking when it's on the ground

The dragons and fact, that the enemy almost always aggro solemly on your chracter annoy me so much, that I just lower the difficulty to the lowest settings possible. Just get onward with the story. Let the masochists fight them...

Edit: just dodge. They will come down again afaik.

Me too. I was really hoping Taash was going to have a How to Train Your Dragons moment.

It was a Mod that i installed who causes the problem..with the mod the Dragons attacked only and i dodged during 10 Minutes but the third phase didn´t start,

Now everything is ok :-)
