Can you fix your Arlathan Forest animated background?

The background looks great on preview and in general, but the quality on it is beyond awful. Why is it like 144p???

I bought Mintrathous one and it’s very bad quality too, it’s sad, wanted to use it but not when it looks like this

Yes please fix them! They are beautiful backgrounds but the low quality is disappointing :(

i really hope, they will fix the background. its a nice one. at the moment it is a 2000 points waste. I am really disappointed...

I also have the background and it's a huge waste of points. The quality couldn't be worse.

Guys, I made a post on the EA forum about the background and didn't get any response. I reported to support and Steam if something could be done about this horrible quality background and Steam replied the following:
Hello,

We appreciate your comment. However, once an item is made available in the points store, it is not possible to change it.

Points exchanged in the points store cannot be returned.

In other words, we simply wasted our points and nothing can be done.
I was comparing the background and it looks like they took the mini profile background and used the same size for the full profile background... extremely lazy work

If they can't fix it, they should at the very least refund us the points.
