Game will not load - DirectX Error

Downloaded the game yesterday and it won't open. I confirmed I meet all the minimum system requirements and updated drivers for my NVIDIA and windows update. When I try to start the game it opens a black window and eventually gives me the below error.

DirectX function "g_dx12Renderer->getDevice()->CreateHeap(&desc,FB_IID_PPV_ARGS(&m_heap))" failed with E_INVALIDARG ("An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function."). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti", Driver: 56603

Anyone know a solution? I'd really like to try playing this game...

you could try to start it with -dx11 as startparam. since the error has something with dx12

update I rolled back the driver to 560.94 and the game at least starts now. We'll see how it goes it guess.

sound like a memory allocation problem, game might be thinking you have more vram than you actually have.
