Revenant Dragon: What level?
When did you take this thing on? Level 25 warrior and it's kicking my *.
Looking at a tube and a wiz taking it on, when it hits him he only takes a little damage .. When it hits me it takes like 60-70% of my bar ... I have Harding on constant medic duty and while I almost have it I cant get the last 20% of it's health.
(Not on story mode but the whimper just after it.)

id say try again around level 30/35 for the difficulty, since is arguably the most difficult high dragon. if you haven't done mythal quest yet, convincing her will help you with the dragon
That is, without fail, the hardest fight in the game. And also the most fun.

I did it as a rogue-archer which might be why I was able to clear it at 20(or 30, I absolutely forget, but my goal was to do it as soon as I found it) where you're having trouble.

The wizard you saw might be playing on a customized difficulty.

Took him down with 33 as shieldwarrior with a flameweapon build (very bad build for that fight for me), the earliest I was allowed to challenge him. Took me a good while to take him down but I managed to get him in the first attempt (2nd highest difficulty).

Just stay as close as possible to the legs and stay away from front and rear, the kicks are very easy to dodge - guaranteed with a full role.
The shadow phase is dangerous bc you have to force him out of it by dealing enough damage before you run out of healing when taking damage so play as save as possible in that part and exploit damage immunitys from abilitys whenever necessary/possible.

/e:
Be cautious using your ultimate. Most times you'll end up in a very dangerous situation right when it ends.

around 30-33 as a spellblade mage.
First with Harding and Devrin it was a close call which I lost due to a "oneshot" at less than 10%.... :D

But than I've switched to Harding an Taash (with leveled +items against Dragons) and focus more on the weakspots. The fight suddenly felt a lot easier and took a while but was not even close, still had 1 heal in the bank and several on the ground.
Around level 30 or so.
Although now I've figured out their attack patterns, could probably do it at a lower level, it'd just be more of a grind than it already was.
Some of the demons are actually harder.
Thanks all ... It poked around and found that I had a dagger that takes runes + caretaker could be upgraded 4 levels ... That did the trick ;).

Nice, good job! At level 25, that had to be an amazingly thrilling fight! Good job!
I am noobing this game - as in playing on default and sticking to whatever gear I have instead of switching it out all the time depending upon the enemies. I did it at around level 30. Mind you, I still haven't done that ogre in Dock town. I've got it down to a few hp a couple of times, then get stuck in a corner while it pummels my character and that things's only level 25, lol.
