I did it as a rogue-archer which might be why I was able to clear it at 20(or 30, I absolutely forget, but my goal was to do it as soon as I found it) where you're having trouble.
The wizard you saw might be playing on a customized difficulty.
Just stay as close as possible to the legs and stay away from front and rear, the kicks are very easy to dodge - guaranteed with a full role.
The shadow phase is dangerous bc you have to force him out of it by dealing enough damage before you run out of healing when taking damage so play as save as possible in that part and exploit damage immunitys from abilitys whenever necessary/possible.
/e:
Be cautious using your ultimate. Most times you'll end up in a very dangerous situation right when it ends.
First with Harding and Devrin it was a close call which I lost due to a "oneshot" at less than 10%.... :D
But than I've switched to Harding an Taash (with leveled +items against Dragons) and focus more on the weakspots. The fight suddenly felt a lot easier and took a while but was not even close, still had 1 heal in the bank and several on the ground.
Although now I've figured out their attack patterns, could probably do it at a lower level, it'd just be more of a grind than it already was.
Some of the demons are actually harder.
