Which enemy types give bond points for which companions?

I know Davrin benefits from killing darkspawn and I think Neve from Venatori. Can't seem to find a comprehensive list though. Thanks in advance if anyone knows!

Every companion is part of a faction.
Killing the faction enemies gives bond points.

Neve - Shadow Dragons - Kill Venatori
Bellara - Veil Jumpers - Kill Fade Touched
Lucanis - Antivan Crows - Kill Antaam
Emmrich - Mourn Watch - Kill Undead & Demons.
Taash - Lords of Fortune - Kill Mercenaries

Any good places to farm enemys i found an amazing plaice to farm for lucanus but not sure on the rest
