How to get this chest in Trevisio?

So after killing the Champion - I noticed this chest in Trevisio. its the last chest (12/13)
How do I get to it?

Some of these chests are locked behind quests. I remember this one, i also was going mad about it, I even found the door that leads to the area but it was closed. iirc later I did a quest, maybe even the main one or Lucanis story arc, and it was in that area. I got that chest before the Point of No Return. There are actually 15 chests in Treviso.
Some chests are locked behind story progress - but you are not informed. You have to manually go to the location and run around to find access to new areas.

I have finished all of lucanis companion quests and i guess i missed this chest. the area is locked and it doesnt show on the map anymore. hopefully this wasnt the intent and they fix it to where you can get this if you miss it the first time.

I believe the final Lucanis quest is part of the Main Quest. Did you do that? The one where he gets the Veilguard badge and ability.

I let Treviso get blighted, and I never got that chest. I don't think any quest goes there, so it might be a quest related to non-blighted Treviso?
Closest quest is the Antaam barracks but they're not quite there, unless I missed a secret path.

It's not counted as part of the 15/15 for 100% exploration so it's definitely in a quest zone.

I have this chest. It's obtained through Lucanis's final companion quest.

If you're wondering, it's the final quest for Lucanis in his companion arc. The one where you decide what to do with Illario, and Lucanis is given First Talon by Catarina.. You will know if you finished his companion questline as they will have a permanent Hero of the Veilguard buff and a special icon on their card that indicates it.

I do not know if this chest is locked if you picked Dock Town to save instead of Treviso though. I do know that one of the options/buffs is permanently cut off if you let Treviso get destroyed by the dragon though. You'll only be presented with one option, but I don't know why you wouldn't get access to that chest.

I'm noticing that with Neve she only has one option compared to other companions. She's permanently hardened because of my choice to help Treviso instead of Dock Town. It hasn't locked me out of any chests with her though. Regardless, quest chests don't seem to be counted toward world completion.

This quest is not locked by The Event. Still can get the chest after The Event.

yep, i am at the point of no return and all companions have their badge and ability

The quest "Murder of Crows" seem to be running differently depending on what town you have saved. With Blighted Treviso you enter the villa over a different route and I never found a way to get that chest. Also it appears the chest disappeared from my map after the quest. I still could get 13 of 13 chests, though.
