Tevinter "Battle Robes" without a cape?
Has anyone knows where to get the Tevinter "Battle Robes" without a cape?
Like the one that faction merchant of the Shadow Dragons wears.

I can see it in the outfit list ( transmog ), and it says "Background: Shadow Dragon" which I am, but the outfit is locked.:steamsad:
I'm almost at the end of the game and have full faction reputation, so WTF?
