Privateers Veil hat location?
Has anyone found this hat and was it from a sidequest or where did you find it?

i think i got it from a vendor but not shure anymore. Just check normal vendors´s in city´s too, not only the faction vendors. a Few of them got appearence , companion gifts, dekors and the exp things for the lighthouse forge
