Missing Crystal in Echoes of the Past Quest?

Hello all, I keep seeing advice claiming that one of the crystals in the 2nd set, is behind her in some crates however I don't have it spawning in my game and it looks like it already was in the correct slot but the game doesn't recognize it?

Is there anyway to reset the area, I even tried loading an earlier save?
