Keyboard keys not responding

I'm playing as a Rook.
I got me the swords and the bow and arrows.
Yet I can't switch weapons to use the bow .
I can't shoot from the hip.
The key rebinding is a nightmare generally because almost nothing works .
a)Logitech keyboard and Steelseries mouse keys rebinding or not responding.
X key and U key nothing
b)Razer Tartarus kbd and Logitech mouse same.
I have to use spells for projectiles not funny

disable steam input in properties

Unplug your Razer Tartarus and try it again... When i use mine a can´t evade because the pc didn`t accept the button no matter which one i take...
