Dragon Age was invented by a gay person.


Several party members in every game are openly gay and/or bi. Many of them aren't white.

"BUT MUH SUBTLETY!!!" Zevran was one of the most unsubtle bi characters in gaming at the time, in fact, he's still not subtle by today's standards. So was Isabella. Dorian was openly gay from the moment you get out of his introductory quest. Most of the big arcs of each game are about social issues and the abuse of power that a religious organization has on what is essentially a minority group.

None of it was subtle, YOU just weren't brainwashed by grifters and con artists back then.

Sten and Shale are ethnically ambiguous, especially since the Dwarf Inquisitor is a direct relative of her and can be any ethnicity you choose.


I will say, I don't understand why the Warden spares Zevran either. Saying 'I hate crimed him' is...a little much, but in my initial playthrough, I also killed him.

yeah, I don't care at all that David gader is gay, thats not woke. whats woke is when they put activism ahead if making good games. Gader has never done that. Sure there are content and themes but it was avoidable if you went interested. he only got on his soap box if asked about it or someone pissed him off.
