I assume that picking the "correct" Specialization nets extra benefits from the 3 buffs tied to each faction. On the other hand, Bellara is a Mage being tied to the Veil Jumper faction.
This new skill system gives the illusion of choice while also being incredibly restricted.
Noticed that as well. Maybe the skill line to get to Reaper makes up for it?
We need more info!
LMAO
Bro literally never played AC Valhalla to make that comparison.
they said there are enough points that by mid game you will be able to have your character at pretty much what you would like specialization to be at. they did not want to make all the best skills only end game so we will be very powerful before end game i imagine and there's so many points that you will not really be wasting points needed. level cap is set to 50 which is pretty high. when i played inquisition i never got to that high a level.
Hmm.. it has been ages and ages since I last played Mass Effect but I have some vague memory of setting up my companions in duo groups that I would bring with me. Grunt and someone else that were the "go up close and bash stuff" and then another team that was more for hiding in the shadows.
I had to come back and read this again but I completely missed that Mourn Watch could be a faction for both mages and warriors. I assumed that it was only for mages but this means that we could have warriors tied to necromancy and that is so interesting.
Question: Has there been previous examples of warrior being tied to the necromancy-field earlier in the game?
I could have happened and I just missed it but I am so happy about it, it is interesting to have warrior being able to have a more "mystical" specialization.
I think you are taking it at face value too much. We can probably be w/e class and specialization we want with w/e background we want. I do not believe we will be limited in such a way. For flavor reasons or roleplay then sure, the specializations are more matched with certain backgrounds.
Again though, we need more info before we can be 100% certain.
Oh, it is absolutely possible that I got it all wrong, the game isn't out yet and I don't want to look too closely at the info that has been released so that I don't spoil to much info before the game comes out.
Hmm... this is all different musings or theories =)
I got it from the link below but I could be wrong, it will be fun to see how it works ingame.
