Dragon Age 4 What Characters Want To Return?

So what best characters want to return to Dragon Age 4? Varric should be
are companion? I want anders,Isabella Cullen,shale Dorion,Meril,Lel.

Dorian for sure. He's the only major character from previous games that has a connection to Tevinter, so it would be weird if he was absent.

I'd like to see Zevran and Josephine come back too since Antiva is going to be a featured location. Zevran was one of my favorite companions from Origins. I'm sure they'll do something with Isabela too since a lot of people seem to like her, even if it's only a sidequest cameo.

I don't think they should just bring older characters back for no reason though. Morrigan's voice actress tweeted about a year ago that she wasn't in this one, likely meaning Dreadwolf. I can't imagine they'd replace her, so it's a safe bet that she's not in it this time around. Same with Alistair's, and I can't imagine they asked Cullen's voice actor back. Nor do I really see why those characters would that far north. Varric was shown in pre-release teasers, so I'm sure he'll be part of the story.

I agree with you about Shale, but Bioware seems to be scared of their Origins lore. There were so many retcons in DAI. After Origins she has a line about traveling with Wynne to Tevinter to try to become a dwarf again. I know that she and Wynne featured heavily in the Asunder novel too. I think it would be awesome to see her again, but Bioware is in a different place these days.

One thing I hope we see in Dreadwolf is more Qunari characters, but I would like to see Sten again. I think it's possible too because he's the leader of the Antaam and they are waging a war against Tevinter. He's still very loyal to the Qun in Origins, and even at max loyalty he'll say something about how much he cares for you, but also he will kill you on the battlefield if the Qun commands it. So sweet.

i need some closure for my inquisitor and my Solas romance. i really hope they do not just skip over this. the way inquisition ended, there needs to be closure for the inquisitor if you romanced solas. that is the one thing i really care about seeing happen. i like all the characters so i would be happy to see any of them return really.

Well Varric ofcourse, even if he just be the storyteller. But maybe its time to start fresh with new characters/companions. Even if I love Morrigan. The inquisitor might make a cameo return like Hawke did in DA3. Sten perhaps if we run into the Qunari it would be cool and that he is Arishok in this tale.

Dorian perhaps or as cameo as we going to his home city and well the magic there is unlike anything else so we might need a guide.

Sure I would really like to see Morrigan to return and if possible to romance her again. Alistair, Sten, Cullen, Leliana, Cassandra, Isabela. But I think would be best to start over with new companions.

Bioware could just do like they did for the Ferelden Hero. We get to hear news or rumours of what happend to the old companions or what they are currently doing in this tale. That the old companions are still with us, in spirit that is.

I wished I could choose to play as Avvar or Chasind in this game.

Well no one can replace Garrus. How have so many have forgotten that Anders is dead. He has been dead for a long time. He sacrificed himself for all other mages in DA 2 as in blew himself up, remember. Wasn't even a corpse left to bury.

Aside of the main characters, brining back people you interacted with and that didn't seem that important at the time would be nice. Like they brought Dagna to Inquisition if you helped her. Gives you the nice illusion that you actually changed the world a little.
