Best Items For Each Unit

This is a partial list that will grow over time. It's mostly items I've discovered in my game, mixed with a healthy dose of advice from Latency. I'm sure I'll make some glaring mistakes, but will edit it over time once a consensus is reached. There are a small handful of times where I like a 2 or even 1 star item better, but I ignored those and kept this list to all 3 star in order to utilize set bonuses. Ok, here goes with the monsters first:


ANGEL - Sword/ Robe/ Hat/ Accessory
1. Blade of Durendal - I had an extra one so I put it on her. I like the 15 MP and 5% MR
2. Archangel's Robe - seems obvious based on the name, right? Lots of MP for a caster type
3. Sacred Hat - angels are very expensive, so -10 Rune Cost helps
4. Sage Band - more MP and INT, best pure caster accessory


BASILISK - Fangs/ Heavy Armor/ Helmet/ Accessory
1. ???
2. Tempest Armor - green orbs, HP, DEF, small evasion, but most importantly 1 Mobility for a frustratingly slow unit
3. Crown of Drasil - more green orbs, HP, DEF, -10 Rune Cost. The Paralyze immunity is redundant and a waste, but I haven't found better yet


CENTAUR - Bow/ Light Armor/ Gloves/ Accessory
1. Phoenix Feller - 30 ATK, 8 AGI, 1 Mobility, yeah it's not even a contest
2. Mongrel Cuirass - Centaurs don't really need AGI much, but I haven't found better
3. Malefic Gloves - haven't found any +ATK, so might as well reduce the cost of the unit
4. Deadly Band - as a long range damager, they can afford the hits to DEF and HP

DRAGONS - Claw/ Heavy Armor/ Helmet/ Accessory
1. See Below for each dragon subtype
2. ??
3. Adamantine Helm - DEF, HP, +1 Mobility for slow dragons
4a. Peerless Band - 30 HP, 7 STR
4b. Adamantine Band - 10 DEF, 30% Magic Resist
CLAWS
Dark Dragon - Onyx Claws - black orbs, 14 ATK, 1 Mobility, Inflict: Silence
Fire/Ancient Dragon - Inferno Claws - red orbs, 17 ATK, 10 DEF, +8% Counter Damage
Holy Dragon - Judgement Claws - white orbs, 16 ATK, 7 AGI
Ice Dragon - ???
Thunder Dragon - Lightning Talon - green orbs, 15 ATK, Inflicts Faint, really nice


LILITH - Horseshoe, Robe, Hat, Accessory
1. Elegant Shoes* - black orbs, MP, INT - good fit
2. ??
3. ??
4. Sage Band - see "Angel"
*White Tempest as a possible substitution. They have better pure back row caster stats if you don't mind mixing white and black ATK element. I don't know if that affects spellcasting or just regular attacks and abilities.


LIZARD LORD - Axe/ Light Armor/ Gloves/ Accessory
1. Scintillating Ice Axe - blue orbs, ATK, DEF
2. Azure Scale Cuirass - blue, DEF, HP, Evade, Mobility, great gear
3. Azure Scale Manifers - blue, DEF, Evade, Shield Block
4. Lunar Gem - 15% Shield Block


TITAN - Knuckle/ Heavy Armor/ Helmet/ Accessory
1. Inferno Knuckles* - red orbs, huge ATK, DEF, HP bonuses, +10% Accuracy. Seems to shore up most of a Titan's biggest weaknesses.
1b.* Arhat Fists are an option. Mixes white and red, also gives Double Move
2. ??
3. Adamanatine Helm - DEF, HP, and +1 Mobility
4. Peerless Band or Adamantine Band (see DRAGON)
