So as an example, Rubino starts at level 5 and has 215 Rune Power with an A Growth.
By Level 30, he should, on average, have 215 + 25*7 = 215 + 175 = 390 Rune Power.

On the other hand, Mu'ah from Guilome starts with more RP (242) at level 21, but has a C Growth. So by 30 he'll have less than Rubino (242 + 9*5 = 287 avg RP).
