Why is the game called AKIMBOT when there is only one akimbo weapon?

Just curious, but the name doesn't seem to have anything to do with the game. Neither with the characters, the story nor the arsenal.

Akimbot is a contraction of Akimbo and Bots (robots). In Akimbot, the 2 main hero bots act as a duo, as akimbos. Making it Akimbot :)
