Technical Issues – How to report

If you run into any technical issues playing Funko Fusion on PC, we recommend checking a few basic things first. But we want to hear from you about what the issue is so that we can look into it!

Basic first steps:

1. Make sure you have the last version of the game! To make sure you have the latest version, Restart Steam and then right click on the game in your library and select Properties. Then, go to Installed Files, and click on Verify integrity of game files. This will run a check to make sure all the installed files are accurate and up to date. If there is any file missing, or there is an update available, Steam will prompt to update the game.
   
   
2. Make sure you have the latest graphic card drivers installed.
   
   
3. Make sure your PC or laptop has the minimum specs required to play the game. Funko Fusion runs on Unreal Engine 5 which can scale graphical settings from very low to very high. If the game’s general performance is slower than you would like, make sure to adjust the graphics settings accordingly. If you have specific performance issues at specific points in the game, let us know in case it is a specific performance issue we can look into!

Steam Deck:

Steam Deck is currently not supported at launch. We plan to optimize Funko Fusion for Steam Deck and also get it Steam Deck Verified post-launch.

How to report a technical issue for PC:

To help us find out what the issue is, please report your issue in this thread in the following format:

1. Type of issue:

• Graphics & Performance
  
• Game Crashes
  
• Other

2. Describe your issue in as much detail as possible. The more detail you provide, the faster our team can find out what is causing it.

3. Tell us what your system specifications are. If you don’t know what your system specs are, go to your Windows Settings., then go to System, and scroll down to About to see your Device specification. The location of your system specs may be different depending on your version of Windows.

Other: Good day, I can't say exactly the scale of the problem, but some characters have no translation in their dialogues, the characters speak English, although the Russian language is set.

Other: Also, game achievements are given for each action in the game, or just like that, I received achievements after entering the game .

Can't disable motion blur, I don't know why.

The lowest sensitivity is not low enough.. I am spinning like crazy on 1.0 with 800 dpi why is it so high? I want to half it at least.

This is because the < > aren't where they are visually try clicking either side of the arrows until it's fixed.

The game says it's off, but I know it's on

2. No aparece para elegir los personajes DLC Walking dead o Team Fortress 2.
Escogí Umbrella Academy como primer mundo y he terminado el prólogo y el primer nivel de Umbrella Academy.
En la caja dorada para elegir personaje no aparecen arriba los personajes DLC.
En Steam me aparecen los dos dlcs y tienen el check activado.
3. Windows 11 con idioma español, el resto de datos creo que no son relevantes.

Other: i had pre-ordered the game and have the dlc packs downloaded , however even after playing the game for at least an hour, I have been unable to play the two dlc packs , the walking dead one and the team fortress pack aswell

biggest issue , i keep getting stuck inside the vending machines and need to go back to the factory which resets all my current chapters progress. happened like 4 times today already.

every vending machine and i've been working on the Thing level. worst part is final chapter end of lvl u need to use the vending machine on the cave but i keep getting locked into the machine.

Other: Eddy does not spawn in Blair Scare after killing The Thing. have restarted level twice and issue persists.

kinda disappointing that dlc dosnt work or some funkos have invalid codes

I can't pick up the coin because its near an npc during the scott pilgrim world where I defeated todd

Other: There is A a soft lock in Scott Pilgrim level 3. I beat both Ex-3 and Ex-4 but the key does not show up and the icons in the top right do not get a checkmark. The DLC is also not appearing in game.

Other: In Jurassic World's 2nd level, I have a couple issues with the cameo quest as well as the room it's in. First, I have no idea if the door being wide open is intentional as the hint speaker implies I need to unlock it.

Then, I had located a keycard in a room adjacent to the cameo quest NPC with no keycard reader in sight, despite cords on the wall implying they should be there. I also thought that there was supposed to be a set of CCTV monitors in the same room (again due to the wall cords), but either these didn't load properly, or at all. If you need any additional information or screenshots demonstrating the issues, please let me know.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I believe I know why the two issues happened. On my newer save, I did not pick up any fossils before reaching the cameo door, and this time, it was closed. Once I found the keycard & opened the door, the 3rd issue I had (with the missing CCTV monitors and keycard reader) was ALSO fixed. I assume that this is because I didn't pick up fossils beforehand.

cant adjust screen size for ui for some reason the setting has disappeared on pc
