Bug on Dancing Shirtless Guy

My game got stuck on the shirtless guy dancing, I could move around but couldn't do anything other than make coffee. I had to force stop and lose my game progress, but it was a little funny ending on that note!

Same I was stuck on the dancing guy but my character couldn't move

Yea this keeps happening to my game too, I can't move unless i press esc and then after that nothing happens.

Same issue and it took a while to be able to move around. I guess I'll try different dialog options and hope. It's kinda funny how I tell him he's making me uncomfortable and this happens.
