Disappointment about shop issues

Hi, I just bought the Crazy Machines bundle over at Fanatical to complete my collection, basically for two things I was missing. One being Crazy Machines 1.5, the other being Crazy Machines 2: Back to the Shop Add-On.

Turned out I had both already, I just got told by the shop that I don't. Best of all, those are no new issues, they have been known for a long time, to the devs at least. Not to me, since there was no indication of an issue before trying to activate the keys. And it seems there has been no attempt to sort them out. So I just paid 2 € for absolutely nothing. That's not much money, but still annoying.

So, question to the devs: are there any plans to get these issues fixed? I'm not asking for compensation, I just want to know if you abandoned support for products you still sell. Or maybe that question is better directed at the publisher. This seems like a problem that should be fixable without touching the game itself, just needs some communication between the publisher and Steam.

Hi, I had the same issue too and asked questions here earlier.
May I ask can you redeem new CM 1.5 key?
If so, do the new CM 1.5 key replace the old ones(2 separate games) in Steam library?
BTW, people can't buy these 2 items on Steam though it shows users not owned the items and allows users to put them in the shopping cart.
But it's annoying to see games I have shown I don't have them instead.
I hope they can give new keys to users who have old ones then remove the old ones in the library.

Hi, I couldn't redeem the new keys. When I tried to redeem the key for CM 1.5, Steam told me I had it already.

Yes, the inaccurate display is surely annoying. But they didn't do anything about it in the past few years, so I doubt they will in the future.

What's annoying is that in August 2017 they changed some of the packages to include the store id so that the game would appear as owned, but only on a few of the possible packages. The entry has only been corrected on 6 of the 22 packages that contains the game.

"Complete Crazy Machines 1.5" consists of 3 different apps of which 1 is unbundled. This bundled version does not include the unbundled app titled "Crazy Machines 1.5"
