Successful Side Quests!!

1. Water Regen Ring
Those small treasures you get from secret walls are actually useful. The doll, twin necklace, and wedding ring are meant to be turned in to the giant poet head at the forest area. He ends up giving you a ring that increases water gained from hitting enemies. Pretty much every hidden wall is behind a message left by someone so don't worry about missing it.

2. 25 Health Boost Sword + Laser Ring
Helping out with the golem's brother gives you an amazing sword that has really good damage and boosts health by 25!! This one is pretty easy to figure out but venture to the volcano cistern with both the bomb and dash. Theres an entrance to the volcano but getting grabbed by a sandworm also teleports you there. You'll eventually find a boss that gives u a magic ring, and an item used to save his brother. This boss is pretty easy considering how far in the game you have to be to find him. After returning to the golem's forge in the desert, he makes you the new sword.

3. Ricard???
Sadly I havent been able to finish ricards quest, but I believe it is timed. After getting sword dash, go to the mini castle at the forest area and defeat the bomb boss (he's easy). When you get the new appendage item from the fallen soldier, immediately go to ricard to turn it in. If you take too long, you might end up like me, and ricard will disappear. Judging by other souls games, killing another boss might pass the time.

4. Others
There's an npc that offers a roll boost ring, and a projectile parry ring. I refuse to believe his story ends after that so I hope theres more to him i havent found. Theres another npc right at the beginning of the game as well and he disappears after a while. If these guys had any quests or if i missed some other npc, let me know below.

Do you know how to give the water crystal to the golems brother? Might be impossible since I've left that area and killed some bosses and he might have died at this point, but when I tried to give the crystal to him earlier there was no prompt to do so and he just kept telling me his eyes were burning.

Same, I also obtained the Water Crystal shortly after meeting him but are unable to give it to him.

No other bosses have been defeated inbetween, I am only missing the Palace, and some of the desert at this point.

The water crystal bit is a bit unintuitive, you actually have to bring it to his brother (the one who gives the quest).

This was actually really fortunate for me because I kinda maybe killed his bro in the volcano. He just annoyed me asking vaguely for water when I have like 25 bottles of water, crysto bars which are basically Drohmish candy bars... and this volcano has more access to water than literally anywhere else lol. First neutral NPC I aggro'd and didn't realize you can't really reset it (maybe force quit but I didn't do that).

Then I went to tell his bro outside that I'm a bad person and he just took the crystal happily, gave me the reward and said he'd go give it to him. Poor guy.

That’s odd, I gave it to him directly in the cisterns, then found him at the forge with his brother, as expected.
