when quitting the game my screen has a "veil"

I have no problem ingame. The only problem I got is when I quit the game. When the game quits and returns to Windows, my main screen becomes "darker", has a sort of "veil". I don't know what configuration the game override. After rebooting my PC, my screen gets back to normal. So there definitly is something overriden when playing/quitting the game. So I need to reboot my PC each time I quit the game. Not very convenient...

Do you know what this is ? Am I alone in this case ?

FYI : I run the game in fullscreen mode since there is no option to resize when in window mode. My screen is in 1440p with HDR.

edit : When changing screen configuration and then abort solve the problem too. No need to reboot PC each time but still not confortable.

The same thing happens for me. Once I toggle HDR off and then on again in Windows, it seems to go back to normal.
