Started the quest when I was hunting for quests in Auria. Got it while doing Rabbit's Foot Initiation I and II, the bounties and the Clarence one. Tried progressing, found that the character's in the library with the white bubbles are the ones you're supposed to talk to determine the book's location, but when I talked to the "One of the old guys with his nose buried in the books", the one that has cyan hair in top left corner of the 1st room, he never answers. For 20 hours, I carefully explored every corner of the game world and do every single available tasks and quests available. It was a excellent game, and totally worth the 99 cents that I paid for.
