Mouse Lag & performance

I've installed the game to my SSD and am using the default graphics settings.

when starting a game I notice no lag with the mouse, scrolling, or animations. However after just a few minutes the mouse lag behind the input, and the scrolling and animations seem to skip a bit, or stutter.

I'm putting this out there not to get tech help or post system specs - but to see if anyone else is experiencing this and if they have solved for it. Or am I just to demanding in the performance I expect from a game? have and play pretty graphically demanding games with no problems. this one though doesn't seem very optimized.

This Could Be Game Settings Or NVIDIA Control Panel💁‍♂️

-Put Game Settings To Lowest
-Test Different Resolutions

[NVIDIA]
-Put No Latency To Ultra (I Think That Fixed It For Me, But Not Sure)
-Turn Off V-Sync

thanks for th esuggestions. I spent the afternoon playing around with settings and on different systems. no luck for me, the lag gets bad after a few minutes and pretty much stays that way until its no fun and unplayable.

Hard to believe its not more widespread. but I guess thats good for others. for me, no joy. no dev response says its just not a priority or its known and not solvable.

I'd rather have BA 3 and playable than the quasi cutscene camera swinging around and a mouse that i have to wait for.
