An Unreal process has crashed: UE4-UEBA

Played the tutorial last night, but then today I can’t even launch the game. Any ideas?

I had the same issue twice. First time I launched it I didn't even get into the game, second time it crashed in the game. I did a reboot and have not had any crashes since (knock on wood).

Hey, please do a steam validation and then restart your PC, see if this helps.

We are urgently investigating crash reports from some members of the community, and hope to have these issues solved as soon as possible.

Already done but without success :/ It seems the error began to occurr after my closed beta key was deleted

I am sorry you have this issue, and I am very thankful for the reports!
Please, try deleting the "hq_setting.local" file in Documents\StarniGames\HQWWII\Saves
However, that will reset all your settings to default, so you would have to adjust them afterward.
Please, let us know if verifying game files, or deleting a settings file helped.
We will definitely work to address this as soon as possible, but we need you to give us feedback on whether we are looking in the right direction.

It worked! So far so good :D Ty a lot!

Happy that it helped - now we can confirm that it is related to the settings file and we will investigate that further. I will keep everyone updated.
