Got soft locked from using attractor while standing on a platform and got stuck in the ceiling and then this happened.

Just started the game for the first time after updating it and found myself stuck at the menu screen. Up and down buttons work for changing options, but can't select any

I got almost all the achievements (except Diamont Robot which is very hard to get) but I am still missing "Jvaa The Best" which I believe I need to get all the Home Views. I have 4/5: Fo’Shaki, Ykseulb, … , Zzet, InVnakin. Does anyone know where is the one I am missing? I searched all the areas a few times and could not find it....
