You do not get uncensored adult content from Japanese vendors ever, so long they walk on legal grounds.
Typically if you want that you have to scoure sites like Hongfire (if that is still a thing, haven't looked that up in ages) for modded content.

yeah or just look into websites like F95zone etc. - and ofcourse mods help certain games as well however I do think it's strange that you can buy games on steam censored and then uncensor them later.

Interestingly, it is easy to decensor. All the hide assets are in a single file and the game does not actually care if it isn't found. However, obviously nothing is modeled behind the censor and this also includes a somewhat important part of the male participant.

Note that while I say "obviously" nothing is modeled behind the censor asset, there is a texture in the game files depicting what would be needed as the very basis. I haven't finished the game, so I don't know if that actually comes up, but considering that it should never ever appear I consider it somewhat interesting.
