Try restarting Steam. After one restart, I was able to install the game... :D

I bought the Whale Edition and I can not download the game. I restarted Steam multiple times to no effect.

At this point I am starting to feel scammed. Not the best first impression you could get from me.

I wait till tomorrow. If I then can't download the game I refund it and no, I won't purchase the cheaper versions of the game once it's refunded. If I think you guys may have scammed me I just don't purchase anything from you ever again, as I always do when the very customer friendly gaming industry pulls something like this.

I like how people blame the dev when this is actually a Steam problem

This is a steam issue btw, this is not the fault of the developers. Chill people they said they were working on a resolution to the issue.
