What happened to Sajuuk (ship) ? Why Higaran technology didn't evolve with ?
At the end of HW 2 we get to use Sajuuk, a starship way more powerfull than anything else, even the Bentusi from HW1 and HW C/R.

In 120 years the Higaran had plenty of time to study the ship and it's technology yet it feels like they didn't advance a bit. In fact on some aspect the Higaran ships are less efficiant and powerfull than they were in HW2 (Bomber, battlecruiser and corvette were more advance then).

Also, why didn't Karan use Sajuuk when going in the anomaly, or Imogen after?
It is a very dangerous place and the mothership is not even close to Sajuuk power & structure.

Bonus question : What happened to the Pride of Hiigara?

the Hiigarans are still very touchy about Kharak
Well, it's been about 240 years, so they should be, especially since a lot of Kiithid were merged together to survive and there'd definitely be stories of what happened to a lot of them. Taiidani were almost over their trauma though, since the propoganda of their Emperor with proofs of Kharak destruction led to an open rebellion and basically paved the way to Taiidani Republic forming. If it was still in effect and if there'd indeed be such a level of species hatred then it'd be impossible for any Taiidani to ally with Kushan at all and the final destruction of fabled demons of the past would be greeted with open arms, there definitely would not be any sympathizers. I bet that 240 years after Taiidani homeworld was destroyed there were no Taiidani to even think that any Hiigaran deserved to live.

Sajuuk is part of network, because it's key and three hyperspace cores gives energy to it via main cannon.
Yeah, that's the theory that I'd like to believe as well. But cores were taken away to be placed into Khar-Sajuuk, and I believe Sajuuk cannot operate without them, so that's probably not where it's gone.

Theory: Sajuuk was not in the best condition, so as were too huge and too much reverese engineering to be done. So, it were left in Eye of Aaran, while cores were extracted and new type, based on both Sajuuk and Pride of Hiigara were created.
Fact: Sajuuk didn't have on-board production facilities, so it's not autonomous as mothership. For operations of colonization or anti-raiders you need something like mothership than gigantic battleship with only offensive role.
Fact: Pride of Hiigara left in black hole cluster in the center of galaxy.
Fact: devolving of weaponry in HW2 related to unfinished procedures at Tanis station, so Mothership simply didn't have it blueprints and tech documentary. That's why weaponry and ships in HW2 is less awesome than some techs from HW1.
Fact: In HW3 writers were too focused on cheap plot, so they didn't created the reason for absence of tech documentary and blueprints on Mothership at the beginning of campaing.

Quote from HW3 - Karran S'Jet

"The Queen is coming for the Sajuuk's Progenitor Cores"

Note Karan doesn't call the mothership Khar-Sajuuk and looking at the beam weapon, it looks like the mothership was built around the Sajuuk, which doesn't make sense because the Sajuuk was a mothership size vessel. It could have been a script error but I question that.

The lance the Khar-Sajuuk has isn't the phased beam array of the Sajuuk. The Khar-Sajuuk though has the three cores. As to why Karan isn't using the Sajuuk, well I could think of incomplete understanding of progenitor tech alongside the probability that ship is much more dangerous than the Khar-Sajuuk (so its capture by the enemy could be a much higher loss than even the three being lost). Just conjecture though.

Homeworld 1 is 20+ year old tech and it still can do things with ship formations that everybody seems to have forgotten how to replicate.

He's talking about ingame as the Age of Sjet lasted a long time.
