Even if you ignore all the dialogue there wasnt much sense of mystery in the campaign. No really weird discoveries or cool alien encounters.
Otherwise I'll use generative AI to make the cutscenes..
You couldn't seriously project your wishes into the author mind nor presume some employees are overwriting the author's work.
Even Homeworld Cataclysm and Desert of Kharak had the original writers onboard.
You can dislike how the story is told but arguing that the story isn't Homewolrd is far from reality.
