Loving this game - chances for single story dlc?

I mean i know it is not the same feeling like Homeworld 2 and 1 especially remastered, but im curious can we have some sort of long single player dlc in the future?
I mean i love current campaign, (few things i dont like but these are minority) but it is really short. I bought fleet command edition but would gladly pay for VERY long, continuation of the main story in form of dlc/expansion.
Other than this game is tons of fun and i like it.

Yeah Ceoran , i don't understand all that rant and slight hate for this game. It is really good. And easily can be much better, with longer story dlc.

I hope for a story DLC too but i still prefer some essential features in skirmish mode>
- possibility to slow down time as i single player campaign
- more and bigger maps
- save-load feature

i hope the devs will listen to our requests

It all depends from T2 (the new owner) and how much are they going to invest in the Homeworld IP.
Sales have been good and there's already a roadmap till 2025. Guess the more feedback the dev receives the more the chance that will be implemented.

For me Homeworld is just legendary franchise, it cannot be simple killed like that. Too many players want this game to shine on.

Homeworld WAS a legendary franchise. Enjoy the 3 classic games you already have. This game has killed it, and that’s for the best. Modern developers are garbage and have no business continuing a franchise made by far more talented individuals. How many times does this same scenario need to play out for people to understand?

I know guys, modern devs often has problem with publishers, and publishers wants money and time as short as can be. It is visible in other space game, Kerbal 2 .
But im staying positive above all, im sure Homeworld has great future, no need to say it is dead already. Lets lift the spirits up!
