Collector's Edition from Amazon (outside US) Key?

Since my Collector's Edition package only arrives approximately on May 22, Gearbox will send me key over email sometime today or tomorrow - I understood it correctly?

Got my key 40 minutes ago in the mail Amazon send me. too bad i have to wait till 18:00 so practically end of day to be able to play. so for me its 2 and a half day early access.

merci pour le commantaire j'ai crue qu'il y avais un problème et oui j'ai pris un accès anticipé et j'ai du attendre déjà 9h pour recevoir la clé et maintenant je peut meme pas le telecharger c'est du footage de gueule

Got my Key via Amazon E-Mail at 10:26 AM UTC (11:26 AM UK Time - 3:26 AM PT). And I could also claim it in Steam. But Install is, as expected, not available yet.

Entertainingly, there are a few people on Reddit claiming that their Amazon CE got cancelled at the last minute. So last minute that they still got the Key.
