SILENCE and NO REVIEWS.. WHATS HAPPENING?

I am observing big silence from devs and no reviews coming before, as far as it looks..
no promo videos, no new gameplay videos, nothing... whats happening??

Reviews before release are the exception rather than the norm these days - usually when they go ahead it means the publisher has great confidence in the product, but on the other hand, a lack of them doesn't necessarily mean a lack of faith.

It is weirdly quiet though. I was really hoping for some videos going through examples of the enhancements they made, but it doesn't really matter. The Early Access people will be bringing the info soon enough.

I woudn't say reviews before release are an exception for AAA titles. 95 % of them are reviewed before release. Maybe you don't play so much? ;-)

Obviously they didn't give out copies to streamers, so they cant review them, my guess is they wanted to get all the fixes out the way before handing it over to reviewers to whine nothing had changed since the demo. Sound idea in my opinion.

I have been noticing this as well.

Gamingbolt or Gamebolt is the only one that has been releasing videos lately (2 to be exact). But, not reviews per say, just the standard preview videos.

I will await and see what you have to say about the game garytc78!

Well, if they give access to streamers early, then we will have forum full of "WHY THEY PLAYING AND I CAN'T". I myself prefer "give early access and make hype before release" option.

This is half true, i suspect 2 things. Since there was already major backlash they are thinking why risk it. Second i think they are still continuing to update the game till the last minute and they dont want to give reviewers a copy without all the most recent changes.

im waiting for a streamer to get their hands on it tomorrow. i did not want to do that cause spoilers but i have heard some stuff that concerned me about this game so i have to play it safe.
