Abiquiu mission completly bugged

No units spawn, or cutscene plays , and all objectives are getting skipped, dialoge is getting forced. idk what to do. manually restarting mission also doesn't work.
well at least, i got the key gifted from a friend, glad i didn't pay 40 bucks for this mess.

It only happens if you hacked the supplies before Abiquiu --> the game thinks that you completed the map.

its a bug, i had 108 supplies left after resupply and i got the same bug. No cheating.

I know this is old, but what does it mean 'it only happens if you hacked the supplies before Abiquiu, the game thinks that you completed the map"?

I can't finish Mission 4 like many others have said because the end mission says to wipe out the remaining Legion forces, but none are left.

Quite lame.

It means: The mission advances into the second phase when you have a certain amount of supplies banked up. You can only have that amount of supplies at mission start if you cheated.

Your issue is more common if the game was modded or the player doesn't like sweeping the map properly. Its likely that there is a Legion unit left somewhere, disabled, out of ammo or just stuck and you need to find and kill it.

If you use the terminator overhaul mod, skim the map-edges, there are some reported broken spawns there.
